Ingrid International has facilitated our brand partner, Stamford Precision Tools, to exhibit in MTA Vietnam Exhibition 2019 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).
 
Held on July 2nd – 5th, 2019, MTA 2019 was the 17th international trade event and exhibition on machine tools, precision engineering and metalworking. This year, the event attracted more than 500 companies from 22 countries around the world.

At MTA 2019, Stamford advised visitors and introduced them to a range of high precision tools designed to maximise production and efficiency in the Industry 4.0 era. From forging mandrel for gun barrel to customised cutting tools like the T-slot cutter, their comprehensive and precise capabilities can meet and exceed the most demanding application requirements.
 
One of the notable products being showcased was Zerocon, a patented, adjustable collet sleeve specially designed by Stamford. During the live demonstration, visitors experienced first-hand how Zerocon solves all concentricity issues and machining challenges during drilling. It can work together with any existing hydraulic or collet chucking system, without the need to invest on expensive precision tool holder. Manufacturers will also benefit from reduced setup times and increased machining uptime.

While the world is now rapidly progressing to Industry 4.0, the manufacturing level of Vietnam industry is still in its infancy and limited by new technologies, information, skills and infrastructure.
